GENERAL STORE POLICY
No refunds. (EXCHANGE INFORMATION IS LISTED FURTHER BELOW)
No cancellations on already placed orders.
No switching/swapping items on already placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE . NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME! ENTER YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL CORRECTLY DURING THE CHECKOUT. DUE TO THE HEAVY VOLUME OF EMAILS, IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT INFORMATION, IT MAY NOT BE CAUGHT IN TIME, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE TO HAVE THE ISSUE CORRECTED.
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER EMAILS ABOUT AVAILABILITY AND RESTOCKS. PLEASE JOIN THE EMAIL MAILING LIST TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN RESTOCKS ARE MADE.
Discount codes can not be combined on orders. Any discount codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge. If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to contact us via email immediately after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.
SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship, excluding preorder items. Preorder items may take 14-21 days, but not limited to 21 days to arrive in our warehouse. Have to be inspected, then released for delivery. Orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. International orders, please allow up to 15-25 business days for your order to arrive after the tracking number is emailed to you. Please also check with your local post office, UPS or customs after 10 days as the package may be held there. Longer delays may apply if you did not enter your full and complete shipping address.
If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact Bodytreasuresbynetta@yahoo.com or visit our FAQ page. Please include your full name and order number for faster service.
Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS customer service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777 and UPS at www.ups.com, or (800)-742-5877.
If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office or UPS as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. That is where any member of BTBN will direct you. We are not responsible after mailing items.
If you have had issues with the postal service or UPS we strongly encourage you to add insurance to your shipments. You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge. If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to contact us via email immediately after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added. Shipping prices are based on weight through above delivery couriers, or order total as some orders may quality for reduced or free shipping.
CLOTHING EXCHANGES
Due to Covid, we strive to keep everyone safe. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GRANTED ON ITEMS UNWORN, WITHOUT FRAGRANCES, DEODORANTS, OILS, SMOKE RIPPS,HOLES OR TEARS PRESENT AND WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. ALL OTHERS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. Regular priced items may be exchanged for a store credit to use towards a future purchase. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT. Exchanges must be authorized, via email, within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. Upon your exchange being authorized, you will have to submit tracking information for the returned item within 48 hours.
Returns for exchanges are accepted with our authorization only. Items sent without authorization will be refused.
For the safety of your return, please initiate an exchange with us, BEFORE sending anything back. We like to be aware of the exchanges, in case anything gets lost in the mail. We will returning packages that we have no prior initiated exchange request. So please initiate any exchanges before mailing anything back. One the exchanged item is received, you will be issued a code to use your exchange credit towards the same item. Exchanges will not be issued as a refund on any other orders. Shipping charges on new orders using exchange codes will apply, as with any new order.
All jewelry is fashion and custom jewelry. Depending on wear and care has the potential to tarnish and show wear and discoloration. We recommend you wear your jewelry with no oils, perfumes or anything that can accelerate it's natural progression of fashion jewelry. Store your jewelry in a dry and weather control condition with proper storage for longest life of piece. All items are Final Sale.
